Areas We Hire

GUARANT recruits across multiple disciplines that drive our reinsurance and insurance operations. While specific openings depend on business needs, we regularly seek talented professionals in the following areas:

Underwriting

Treaty and facultative underwriters across property, marine, aviation, engineering, agriculture, surety bonds, casualty, energy, life & health, and motor. We seek professionals who combine analytical rigour with commercial acumen and cedent relationship management skills.

Claims

Claims handlers and managers with experience in reinsurance claims across multiple lines. Our claims professionals require strong contractual interpretation skills, negotiation ability, and a commitment to fair, prompt settlement.

Actuarial & Risk

Actuaries and risk analysts who support pricing, reserving, capital modelling, and portfolio optimisation. Qualified or part-qualified actuaries with reinsurance experience are particularly valued.

Finance & Operations

Finance professionals supporting accounting, regulatory reporting, and treasury functions. Operations specialists who ensure efficient processing of premiums, claims, and administrative workflows across all lines of business.

Compliance & Legal

Compliance officers and legal counsel with expertise in insurance regulation, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and corporate governance. Knowledge of TCI and international regulatory frameworks is advantageous.

Technology

Professional Qualifications We Value

ACII, FCII, or equivalent insurance qualifications
Fellow or Associate of actuarial societies (FIA, FCAS, FSA)
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualifications
Legal qualifications with insurance/reinsurance focus
Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) or equivalent
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2)
Relevant advanced degrees (MBA, MSc)
